Regarding Changes and CancellationsIf you wish to make changes or cancel after your reservation is confirmed, please contact us via email.
The cancellation policy for customer convenience is as follows:
・ご予約確定より搭乗30日前まで：10%
・搭乗日29日前〜搭乗日7日前まで：20%
・搭乗日6日前〜搭乗日2日前まで：50%
・搭乗前日：80%
・搭乗当日：100%
その他注意事項
天候等の不可抗力や、機材の予期せぬ不具合によりフライトがキャンセルになる場合がございます。その際は全額返金となりますが、代替交通手段の補償等は致しかねます。Agreement to the Terms of Use is required.
