Terms of Use & Information
This service provides a private jet domestic charter arranged by ARILA Inc. (ARIAir). The operation of the flight is subject to the Conditions of Carriage of each operating company. Please note that the schedule may be subject to change due to airport availability, time restrictions, weather conditions, or aircraft availability.
Payment Information
At the time of reservation,the full amount of the service fee will be authorized on your credit card (a temporary authorization hold; no charge will be made at this stage).Once the flight operation is confirmed, ARIAir will proceed with the final charge. If we are unable to secure the flight slot, the authorization will be cancelled with no fees charged.
Cancellation & Change Policy
For cancellations made by the customer after the flight has been confirmed, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the operating company’s policy, such as 80% of the total fee from confirmation until the day before departure and 100% on the day of departure. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.

Can I fly on a private jet with my dog or cat?
Yes. Because every ARIAir flight is an exclusive private charter for your party, you can travel with your dog or cat in the cabin. With no other passengers on board, your pet may come out of its carrier and stay with you during the flight, except during takeoff and landing.
Do I Need to Bring a Pet Carrier or Crate?
Yes. A carrier or crate is required for safety during takeoff and landing. Once the aircraft is in cruise flight, your pet may come out of the carrier and stay with you in the cabin. You are also welcome to bring essentials such as pee pads, water, and other pet supplies. Detailed boarding instructions will be provided before your flight.
Can I Travel with a Large Dog or Multiple Pets?
Yes. We offer private charters on aircraft such as the Citation Mustang (up to 4 passengers) and the Citation CJ4 (up to 8 passengers). We will recommend the most suitable aircraft based on your group size, the number of pets, and their combined weight. We also welcome requests for large dogs, multiple pets, and small animals. Please include the details in the pet section of the reservation form.あd
How Much Does It Cost? Does the Price Change Based on the Number of Passengers or Pets?
Our pricing is based on a fixed private charter fare for each route. Simply select your departure airport, destination, and aircraft to view the estimated charter price. Because the aircraft is reserved exclusively for your party, the price does not change based on the number of passengers or pets.
Are There Any Health Considerations for My Pet?
If your pet is a brachycephalic (short-nosed) breed, such as a French Bulldog, or is elderly or has a medical condition, we recommend consulting your veterinarian before traveling. While we strive to provide a short, low-stress flight experience, boarding may not be possible if your pet is unwell on the day of departure.
