Three Boarding Methods for Domestic Private Jets

The three boarding methods for domestic private jets are as follows.

At ARIAir, we hold handling qualifications with operating rights No. 118 at Tokyo International (Haneda) Airport. This qualification allows us to drive your private vehicle directly to the private jet and park it right next to the aircraft.

After boarding, we will take care of your private vehicle by parking it in our designated parking area. If a driver is accompanying you, the vehicle can be returned directly to them as well.

Boarding Method ①: Using a Private Car from Your Home or Hotel 【The Easiest Option】

The most comfortable way to board a private jet is by using our exclusive transfer service. We will provide a private vehicle to transport you from your home or hotel directly to the aircraft.

We offerexclusive transfer vehicles (Rolls-Royce or Alphard), as well as a backup vehicle (TESLA Model X) in case of emergency, to pick you up directly from your home or hotel. You will travel from the general road through the dedicated gate, heading directly to the aircraft.

At the dedicated gate security check, the car will briefly stop, but you will not need to exit the vehicle. You can proceed directly through the gate and head to the aircraft.

After passing through the gate

After passing through the gate, you will arrive at the aircraft in approximately 3 minutes.

Just 3 minutes after passing through the dedicated gate, the private jet will be right in front of the car door.

The distance from the vehicle to the aircraft is only about 5 seconds, and our staff will assist with transferring your luggage to the plane.

When using a dedicated car service, the following fees will apply.

Rolls-Royce (for 2 passengers)	¥200,000 JPY
Alphard (for 5 passengers)	¥50,000 JPY

*The same rate applies if the destination is within 30 km of the airport's private gate

Boarding Method ②: Transfer to a Private Car at the Dedicated Gate 【Most Affordable Option】

To the dedicated gate, you will need to make your own way. From there, you will be transferred to the private jet by a handling vehicle (Hiace).

This plan is included in the flight fee, and there are no additional charges. We do not provide dedicated parking; please arrange parking on your own.

Boarding Method ③: Drive Your Own Car Directly to the Private Jet

You can drive your own private car directly to the private jet. Normally, entry into restricted areas (such as the exclusive gate) with your own car is legally restricted.

However, by submitting a prior request through our company to the airport office, our designated handling vehicle will escort your car, allowing it to enter the restricted area.

To use this service, a specific procedure must be completed at least three days before your departure. Please send the following documents to our concierge team in PDF format: 1. Vehicle Registration Certificate (with the expiration date indicated) 2. Driver's License of the person who will be driving on the day of the flight.
