If not using the private jet lounge, you will board after passing through the same security checks and inspections as general passengers. The specific process is as follows.
- ・Go through the same baggage inspection and immigration control as general passengers.
- ・After passing through the immigration area, board a bus to transfer to the private jet.
- ・Transport to the private jet.
At Haneda Airport, there is a charge for using the dedicated lounge (330,000 yen), but most passengers choose to use the lounge. However, the use of the dedicated lounge is up to the customer, so we recommend deciding on the boarding method based on whether you prioritize smooth boarding or the total cost.
Location of the Private Jet Terminal
The private jet terminal is located next to Haneda Airport's Terminal 3.When traveling from central Tokyo, it is the quickest terminal to arrive at compared to any other terminal at Haneda Airport..
The private jet (business jet) terminal is located on the left side of the lane heading towards Haneda Airport from the Tokyo side.
Additionally, there are no signs or billboards on the airport's roadways indicating the private jet terminal.
The private jet terminal appears as a regular office building from the main street, but it has a dedicated entrance that is not widely known. For security reasons and to protect the privacy of our clients, signs and billboards are kept to a minimum.

About the Interior of the Facility
The private (business) jet gate at Haneda Airport opened on July 15, 2021. The features of the facility are as follows:

There is a spacious dedicated car drop-off area, allowing easy boarding and disembarking while maintaining privacy.Additionally, the facility features three tranquil waiting rooms.

The waiting area offers plenty of space with sofas and low tables, allowing you to relax without feeling cramped as you wait for your boarding. After passing through immigration (entry/exit clearance) in the private lounge, you will have completed the departure process.
You will be driven in a dedicated vehicle to the front of the aircraft, parking right in front of the facility. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the private (business) jet, allowing you to board directly from door to door. Once onboard, enjoy a comfortable journey in the sky.
