Precautions
If adverse weather conditions are anticipated, we will notify you of the flight status by 3:00 PM the day before.
For ground transportation, we will arrange a luxury car: an Alphard for groups of 3 or more, or a Lexus LM for 2 people or fewer. While costs may change depending on the day, we will inform you of the price difference between the helicopter and the car within three days of the scheduled date. Prices range from 350,000 to 400,000 yen for the Alphard and 400,000 to 450,000 yen for the Lexus LM.
Please note, if the flight is canceled due to bad weather and you choose not to visit by ground transportation, the cancellation fee for the flight will be charged according to the cancellation policy stated separately. Additionally, for dining arrangements, same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100,000 to 150,000 yen, which includes the cost of arrangements.

【Helicopter Tour Cancellation・Change Policy】
Change/Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.
Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
From reservation confirmation to
30 days prior to boarding date: 10%
29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.
6 days to 2 days prior to boarding date: 50%.
The day before boarding: 80%
The day of boarding: 100%
However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
In case of flight impossibility
- In the event of inclement weather (weather conditions will be determined by our company)
- Cases in which a specific event occurs in the aircraft used
- In the event of other events that may interfere with flight operations.
- In case of flight cancellation
Schedule changes will be accepted without a change fee.
Refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee for credit card payments and the bank transfer fee.
For bank transfers, refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transfer fee,

【Cancellation・Change Policy for Pick-up and Drop-off Cars】
The following cancellation policy shall apply from one week prior to the reserved date of use.

3 days or 2 days prior to the reserved date: 80％
1 day prior to the reservation date or on the day of the reservation or if no notice is given: 100%.
If the helicopter tour cannot be carried out due to the operating company's circumstances such as bad weather or aircraft malfunction, no refunds will be given. Cancellation fees will apply even if the schedule is changed.
【Cancellation・Change Policy for Video and Bouquet Plans】
In the case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the time remaining before the boarding date after payment is completed:
14 to 7 days before: 50%
6 to 3 days before: 60%
2 to 1 days before: 80%
On the day: 100%

① Materials used in the video must be the same as those shot on the day of the event. However, we may include our own video materials as a special exception.
② No more than one correction after delivery.
③Music selection is limited to the background music specified by the Company.
④On the day of shooting, one cameraman will be on board to film the video.
⑤ The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
⑥ Video quality must be FHD.
⑦The video must be delivered in mp4 file format.
⑧The material video must be non-transferable.
⑨The delivery will be sent within 14 days from the boarding date by Giga file flight URL via ARIAir official line.
⑩We will not take photos or edit photos with our equipment.
