About Reservations

    Is it possible to ride without a reservation?

    A.

    Reservations are required. Same-day reservations are possible, but please make a reservation by selecting your preferred date and time from each plan detail screen.

    How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

    A.

    Same-day reservations are possible. Reservations are confirmed in the order of payment in advance. Please make a reservation as early as possible in case of anniversaries, etc.

    A.

    Reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance, please contact us through LINE or inquiry form.

    Is it possible to make reservations on my behalf?

    A.

    Reservations can be made by proxy even if the person making the reservation is not a passenger. Please use this service as a gift for your family or friends. Even if you are not flying, you can visit the heliport on the day of your flight. *Please make sure to apply in advance for the number of visitors.

    Is it possible to cancel a reservation?

    A.

    If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been completed, please contact us by e-mail.
    Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
    •From 7 days prior to boarding date: 880 yen
    •From 6 days to 2 days before the boarding date: 20%.
    •The day before boarding: 80
    •On the day of boarding: 100%.
    However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.

About payment and fees

    How can I make a payment?

    A.

    Advance payment is required and can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that payment cannot be made on site at the heliport.

    Is there a child charge?

    A.

    Only one child under 2 years old may board on the lap for free;
    children over 3 years old must reserve a seat. (Children over 3 years old must secure a seat.)

    Is the fee the same for one person or three?

    A.

    In principle, our scenic flights are only available for charter. Except for some plans, the fee is the charter fee per aircraft.

    Is insurance included? And what kind of insurance?

    A.

    "Comprehensive Third Party and Passenger Liability Insurance"
    provides coverage for legal damages caused by accidental injury to the life or limb of a third party or passenger outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party or passenger's baggage outside the aircraft, arising from the ownership, use or management of the aircraft. This insurance covers the payment of claims for legal damages caused by accidental injury to the life or limb of a third party or passengers outside the aircraft, or damage to third party property or passengers' baggage outside the aircraft.

    Do you have any plans for night tours of Tokyo with departures and arrivals in Tokyo?

    We offer a night view tour plan of the Tokyo area at the Tokyo Heliport and Minatomirai Heliport (only our company as an agency!) We offer departure and arrival plans.

    Is it possible to shorten the flight time to save money?

    We cannot change the flight time due to the application course to the Civil Aviation Bureau.

    Is there any plan that can accommodate more than 4 passengers?

    A.

    You can choose a 5-seat aircraft departing from Tokyo Heliport.

    Does the flight time include boarding and alighting time?

    A.

    Plan time refers to flight time except Tokyo. Please see details for flight times in Tokyo, as there is also time for filming, etc.

Flow of the day and weather conditions

  • Q.

    What is the flow of the day?

    A.

    ①Please be sure to check your e-mail before you go.※If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons, we will send you an e-mail.
    ②Please arrive at the meeting place exactly at the scheduled time. (If you arrive too early, there may be a long wait time.)
    ③After the reception by the staff, we will explain the precautions for boarding.
    ④After the scheduled boarding time, you will be escorted to the aircraft. (There is a possibility that the arrival time may be earlier than scheduled.)
    ⑤After enjoying the flight, we will disperse immediately after taking a commemorative photo.

    What time will you know if the flight will be available or not?

    A.

    The final decision on whether or not the flight will go ahead is scheduled for the following time.
    ※Only in case of cancellation, we will contact you by e-mail.
    Flight time between 9:00~12:00: Decision will be made around 18:00 on the day before the flight.
    Flight time after 12:30: Decision will be made around 10:00 on the day of the flight.
    Flight time after 16:30: Decision will be made around 15:00 on the day of the flight.

    The weather looks good, but why can't I fly?

    A.

    The pilot makes the final decision on whether or not to fly, taking into consideration a variety of information and conditions, including weather changes. If the flight does not meet safety standards, the decision will be made that the flight is not available. In the case of a change of reservation due to our weather judgment, the schedule can be changed free of charge/indefinitely. A decision on a replacement date can be made at a later date.

    Can I see the scenery even if it rains or is cloudy?

    A.

    Since we fly below the clouds, you will be able to see the scenery even if it is cloudy, and in the case of light rain, it may be possible to fly. However, even on cloudy days when it is not raining, the flight may be cancelled if the cloud height does not meet the safety standards for flight.

    What happens in case of bad weather?

    A.

    If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather on the day of the flight, the flight will be rescheduled or a refund will be given.

    Please be assured that no cancellation fee will be charged in the event of flight cancellation.

    What should I do if I am late?

    A.

    Please call us immediately (at 06-7777-4701) and we will adjust the schedule to accommodate your reservation with other passengers. Please note that the flight time may be shortened or cancelled due to schedule adjustments. No refund will be made in such cases.

    Is it possible to extend the tour on the same day?

    A.

    This is possible if there is room in the schedule for the previous and following reservations. We will make a decision on whether or not we can accommodate your request after checking the availability of reservations and fuel.

About Visiting the Heliport

    Is there a waiting room?

    A.

    Some heliports have waiting rooms, but if you arrive too early, you may have to wait longer.

  • Q.

    Is there a restroom?

    A.

    Some heliports are not set up, so it will be smoother if you complete the procedures before arriving at the heliport.

    Is it possible to arrange a hired car or limousine?

    A.

    We can arrange a hired car or limousine on your behalf.

Boarding for Helicopter Cruising.

    Is the helicopter chartered?

    A.

    All of our excursion packages are chartered. Only non-pilots are allowed on board, so please enjoy your flight in private with your loved ones.

  • Q.

    What time is the meeting time?

    A.

    The time you select at the time of reservation is the take-off time.The meeting time is 30 minutes before the you select.

  • Q.

    What do I need to bring on the day of the tour?

    A.

    There is nothing special to mention. *Please make sure to bring your ID card if you are taking a Narita flight.

    What should I wear?

    A.

    Please wear the same clothes you would wear when going out. It is convenient to wear a jacket that is partially temperature-controlled.

    Can I bring a smartphone, camera or video camera on board?

    A.

    Yes, you can. Please enjoy taking pictures with your smartphone or camera.

    What should I do with my electronic devices?

    A.

    Please turn off your phone or turn off the airplane mode, including Bluetooth earphones.
    Violations may result in a fine of up to 500,000 yen. (Civil Aeronautics Law Enforcement Regulations Article 164-15)

    Can I talk on board?

    A.

    With the exception of Osaka Heliport and Minato Mirai Heliport, you may talk on a headset with a microphone. It is also possible to use an independent line so that the pilot cannot hear your voice.

    Is there a weight limit?

    A.

    The total weight of each passenger is limited to 120 kg per seat, 210 kg for a 3-seat helicopter, and 330 kg for a 5-seat helicopter. Please note that there are some exceptions, such as long courses, and in some cases we may not be able to accommodate your request.

    Can I fly even if I am pregnant?

    A.

    We do not have any restrictions on boarding. However, if you are concerned about the possibility that your health may be affected, please consult with your doctor in advance.
    Please understand that we cannot compensate you in the event of an accident.

    Are the elderly allowed on board?

    A.

    There is no age limit for boarding.
    However, we do require passengers to step on a 20cm high step when boarding the aircraft.

  • Q.

    Can I eat and drink on board?

    A.

    Eating and drinking are basically prohibited on board.
    You may bring water or tea in a container with a lid, such as a pet bottle, but alcohol is prohibited. There are no restrictions on drinking alcohol before the flight, but if you are prone to motion sickness, it is safer to refrain from drinking or eating immediately before the flight.

Regarding surprises and gifts

    Is it possible to take someone blindfolded to a helicopter as a surprise?

    A.

    We apologize, but blindfolds are only allowed up to the heliport entrance.
    You will be briefed on precautions before the flight, so you will need to remove the blindfold.

    Is there an option to give a bouquet of flowers?

  • Q.

    When will the optional bouquet be given?

    A.

    If you purchase the optional bouquet, our staff will secretly hand it to the person who made the reservation after landing. We can also arrange for a surprise before the helicopter ride or after the helicopter arrives.

    Is it possible to have the gift or flowers handed over during the flight?

    A.

    It is possible to give the gift before or after the helicopter ride, but it is difficult to do so during the flight.

    Is it possible to bring my own ring or gift?

    A.

    Rings, gifts, etc. can be brought on board. Please feel free to bring them on board.

    I would like to make a marriage proposal.

    We will arrange your proposal, and we can arrange flowers, car pick-up and drop-off, and surprise setting for you.
