■Passenger Journey via a Private Jet Terminal (FBO / VIP Lounge)

  • From the moment your commercial flight arrives, our dedicated staff will personally assist you through immigration and escort you seamlessly to your private charter aircraft.
  • Upon arrival of your charter flight, our dedicated staff will personally assist you with departure procedures and escort you seamlessly to your connecting commercial flight.

■Passenger Journey via a Commercial Passenger Terminal

  • Upon arrival on a commercial flight, you will personally collect your baggage and complete immigration procedures.
    You will meet our dedicated staff at the public arrivals exit, who will then escort you to your boarding.
    *At Haneda Airport, under our VVIP (Grab & Meet) service,
    • a dedicated ARIAir representative will meet you upon arrival, assist with immigration and baggage claim,
    • and escort you directly to your charter aircraft.
  • Upon arrival on a commercial flight, you will personally collect your baggage and complete immigration procedures.
    You will meet our dedicated staff at the public arrivals exit, who will then escort you to your boarding.
