Overview
ARILA Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yota Matsumoto) will launch a new helicopter sightseeing service through its self-operated helicopter reservation service, "ARIAir," starting from Friday, April 25, 2025. The service will operate from the third parking lot (referred to as "Aso Farm Land Helipad") within the "Aso Genki no Mori" and "Aso Daizen Aso Kenko no Mori," which are managed by Aso Farm Land.From Aso Farm Land Heliport(located in Kumamoto Prefecture),ARIAir will begin offering helicopter sightseeing plans .This plan provides a unique experience where you can easily enjoy the breathtaking view of the majestic Aso volcano crater from the sky by helicopter.
Taking into account group buses and group tours, we have secured space for large buses to park near the helipad. Additionally, the facility offers a variety of amenities, including restaurants, souvenir shops, restrooms, hot springs, and accommodations, ensuring a comfortable wait for guests.
Mount Aso is one of the few active volcanoes in the world where you can get close to the crater, making it a famous volcanic tourist destination. It is highly popular among both international visitors and Japanese tourists.
Additionally, "Aso Genki no Mori" and "Dai Shizen Aso Kenko no Mori" have been certified as health promotion facilities by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Kumamoto Prefecture. Starting from Friday, April 25, 2025, a new activity will be introduced, allowing visitors to enjoy the magnificent natural beauty of Aso from the sky by helicopter.
In the future, ARILA will not only focus on expanding tourism demand in the Aso area but will also work as a key aerial platform for the entire Kyushu region.

Aso Farm Land is conveniently located on the way from Fukuoka or Kumamoto Airport to Kusasenri, making it easy to stop by and experience a helicopter ride. Additionally, it is easily accessible by public transportation, including buses, making it very convenient.
【Aso Mountain Upper Terminal Line】 From Kumamoto Station, Sakura-machi Bus Terminal, and various locations within the city, take the bus via Kumamoto Airport and get off at the Aso Farm Land bus stop.
