Third Party Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance
This insurance provides coverage for legal damages caused by accidental injury to the life or body of a third party or passenger outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party or passenger's baggage outside the aircraft, arising out of the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft.

It takes about 60minutes at the fastest, and 80minutes at the latest, depending on the weather conditions.

Determination of weather conditions

In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Please note that flights may still operate in cloudy weather if deemed safe. Customers may reschedule their flight without penalty as long as it is done before the cancellation policy takes effect.

【Helicopter Tour Cancellation・Change Policy】
-Change/Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.
-Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
From reservation confirmation to
-30 days prior to boarding date: 10%
-29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.
-6 days to 2 days prior to boarding date: 50%.
-The day before boarding: 80%
-The day of boarding: 100%
*However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
・Cases flight cannot be operated
- In the event of inclement weather (weather conditions will be determined by ARIAir)
-In the event of an aircraft-related issue or technical problem affecting the aircraft scheduled for the flight
-In the event of any other circumstances that may affect or prevent safe flight operations.
- In case of flight cancellation
・Schedule changes will be accepted at no additional charge.
-Refunds will be issued for the full refundable amount, less any applicable credit card processing fees and bank transfer fees.
-For bank transfer payments, the full refundable amount will be refunded, less any applicable bank transfer fees.
-For credit card payments, the full refundable amount will be refunded, less the 5% credit card processing fee and any applicable transfer fees incurred at the time of the refund.

【Cancellation・Change Policy for Pick-up and Drop-off Cars】
The following cancellation policy will apply to cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled service date.
-7 to 4 days prior to the reserved date: 70%.
-3 days or 2 days prior to the reserved date: 80
-1 day prior to the reservation date or on the day of the reservation or if no notice is given: 100%.
If the helicopter tour cannot be operated due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions or aircraft-related issues, no refund will be provided. A 100% cancellation fee will also apply in the event of a schedule change.

【Cancellation・Change Policy for Video and Bouquet Plans】
In the event of a cancellation due to the customer’s circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled flight date, once payment has been completed:

-14 to 7 days before: 50%
-6 to 3 days before: 60%
-2 to 1 days before: 80%
-On the day: 100%
*Please note that if the helicopter tour is unable to operate, the Video Plan fee is non-refundable. 【Video Plan Terms and Conditions below】
① All materials used in the video will, in principle, be footage captured on the day of the event. However, in certain cases, ARIAir may include its own video footage as a special exception.
② Only one revision may be requested after delivery.
③ Music selection is limited to the background music designated by ARIAir.
④ One cameraman will accompany the flight on the day of filming to capture the video footage.
⑤ The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
⑥ The video will be delivered in Full HD (FHD) quality.
⑦ Delivery is limited to MP4 file format.
⑧ Raw footage will not be provided or transferred to the client.
⑨ The completed video will be delivered within 14 days of the flight date via a GigaFile download link sent through the official ARIAir LINE account.
⑩ ARIAir does not provide photography or photo editing using our own equipment.
(However, if you bring your own camera or smartphone, our cameraman can take photos for you at no additional charge.)

There are so many gourmet restaurants and sightseeing spots in Oshino village, and there is even a place where you can experience the Ninja, which became an unforgettable memory for my family! I recommend taking a helicopter instead of a car because it is faster and much more comfortable. You can enjoy the private and luxurious moment of viewing Mt.Fuji.

I came across this page while researching how to get to Mt. Fuji and used it for a one-day round trip. Oshino village is a couple of hours from Tokyo by car or train, so the helicopter ride was a comfortable way to get there!
