    Third Party Passenger Comprehensive Liability Insurance
    This insurance provides coverage for legal damages caused by accidental injury to the life or body of a third party or passenger outside the aircraft, or damage to the property of a third party or passenger's baggage outside the aircraft, arising out of the ownership, use, or management of the contracted aircraft.

    Determination of weather conditions

    In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Please note that flights may still operate in cloudy weather if deemed safe. Customers may reschedule their flight without penalty as long as it is done before the cancellation policy takes effect.

    Cancellation Policy

    【Helicopter Tour Cancellation・Change Policy】
    Change/Cancellation Policy
    If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.
    Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
    From reservation confirmation to
    30 days prior to boarding date: 10%
    29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.
    6 days to 2 days prior to boarding date: 50%.
    The day before boarding: 80%
    The day of boarding: 100%
    However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
    In case of flight impossibility
    - In the event of inclement weather (weather conditions will be determined by our company)
    - Cases in which a specific event occurs in the aircraft used
    - In the event of other events that may interfere with flight operations.
    - In case of flight cancellation
    Schedule changes will be accepted without a change fee.
    Refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee for credit card payments and the bank transfer fee.
    For bank transfers, refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transfer fee,
    In the case of credit card payment, the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee(5%) and the transfer fee at the time of refund will be refunded.

    【Cancellation・Change Policy for Pick-up and Drop-off Cars】
    The following cancellation policy shall apply from one week prior to the reserved date of use.
    7 to 4 days prior to the reserved date: 70%.
    3 days or 2 days prior to the reserved date: 80%
    1 day prior to the reservation date or on the day of the reservation or if no notice is given: 100%.
    If the helicopter tour cannot be carried out due to the operating company's circumstances such as bad weather or aircraft malfunction, no refunds will be given. Cancellation fees will apply even if the schedule is changed.

    【Cancellation・Change Policy for Video and Bouquet Plans】
    In the case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the time remaining before the boarding date after payment is completed:

    14 to 7 days before: 50%
    6 to 3 days before: 60%
    2 to 1 days before: 80%
    On the day: 100%
    Please note that in the event the helicopter tour cannot be operated, no full refunds will be provided. Even for date changes, the full cancellation fee will apply.Terms and Conditions of the Video Plan
    ① Materials used in the video must be the same as those shot on the day of the event. However, we may include our own video materials as a special exception.
    ② No more than one correction after delivery.
    ③Music selection is limited to the background music specified by the Company.
    ④On the day of shooting, one cameraman will be on board to film the video.
    ⑤ The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
    ⑥ Video quality must be FHD.
    ⑦The video must be delivered in mp4 file format.
    ⑧The material video must be non-transferable.
    ⑨The delivery will be sent within 14 days from the boarding date by Giga file flight URL via ARIAir official line.
    ⑩We will not take photos or edit photos with our equipment.
    (If you have your own equipment, smartphone, etc., a photographer can take pictures on your behalf free of charge.)
