About judgment on whether a flight can be operated
Weather conditions are assessed every morning between 8am and 9am, and services will be cancelled if the weather is poor.
Those who have made a reservation in advance will be notified by email.
If it is clear in advance that the weather will be poor, we will contact you the day before.
If the service is cancelled due to poor weather, you can choose to reschedule or cancel the trip free of charge.
If you cancel, you can rest assured that you will receive a full refund.
Children under 3 years old
Children under 3 years old (ages 1 to 2 years and 11 months) may sit on their parent's lap, up to a maximum of 2 infants per flight.

Determination of weather conditions

In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
