Determination of weather conditions

In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Please note that flights may still operate in cloudy weather if deemed safe. Customers may reschedule their flight without penalty as long as it is done before the cancellation policy takes effect.

29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.

However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.

On the day of shooting, one cameraman will be on board to film the video.
The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

The video must be delivered in mp4 file format.
