Determination of weather conditions

In the case of bad weather or other circumstances where the airline determines that the flight cannot operate, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, we will refund the full fare (excluding bank transfer fees). However, if the weather allows for the flight to proceed, it will take place as scheduled. Additionally, you may change your flight dates before the cancellation policy applies.

Change/Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.
Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
From reservation confirmation to
30 days prior to boarding date: 10%
29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.
6 days to 2 days prior to boarding date: 50%.
The day before boarding: 80%
The day of boarding: 100%
However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
In case of flight impossibility
- In the event of inclement weather (weather conditions will be determined by our company)
- Cases in which a specific event occurs in the aircraft used
- In the event of other events that may interfere with flight operations.
- In case of flight cancellation
Schedule changes will be accepted without a change fee.
Refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee for credit card payments and the bank transfer fee.

【Cancellation・Change Policy for Pick-up and Drop-off Cars】
The following cancellation policy shall apply from one week prior to the reserved date of use.

3 days or 2 days prior to the reserved date: 80％
1 day prior to the reservation date or on the day of the reservation or if no notice is given: 100%.
If the helicopter tour cannot be carried out due to the operating company's circumstances such as bad weather or aircraft malfunction, no refunds will be given. Cancellation fees will apply even if the schedule is changed.
【Cancellation・Change Policy for Video and Bouquet Plans】
In the case of cancellation due to customer circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the time remaining before the boarding date after payment is completed:
14 to 7 days before: 50%
6 to 3 days before: 60%
2 to 1 days before: 80%
On the day: 100%

① Materials used in the video must be the same as those shot on the day of the event. However, we may include our own video materials as a special exception.
② No more than one correction after delivery.
③Music selection is limited to the background music specified by the Company.
④On the day of shooting, one cameraman will be on board to film the video.
⑤ The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
⑥ Video quality must be FHD.
⑦The video must be delivered in mp4 file format.
⑧The material video must be non-transferable.
⑨The delivery will be sent within 14 days from the boarding date by Giga file flight URL via ARIAir official line.
⑩We will not take photos or edit photos with our equipment.

I applied for a round-trip helicopter charter from the ARIAir's website to go sightseeing at Mt. Fuji. A free shuttle service from within Tokyo is also available as an option. We specified the hotel where we would like to stay and had them picked us up.
