If bad weather is expected, we will inform you of flight availability by 3:00 p.m. the day before.We will arrange a luxury car hire service for the land transportation. The fee difference between the helicopter and the hire car will be notified within 3 days of the day of the tour.If the flight is not possible due to bad weather, the cancellation policy for the flight will be as stated separately,If you have completed a reservation for a separate restaurant with us, but a cancellation fee of 100,000-150,000 yen will be charged for the restaurant bill, which will be considered as a cancellation on the day of the flight. Determination of weather conditions

If the flight operator determines that the flight is not possible due to inclement weather, the flight will be cancelled. In such cases, all fees will be refunded (excluding bank transfer fees). Even if the weather is cloudy, the flight will be performed if it is possible to fly. You may change your own itinerary up to the date before the cancellation policy is applied.

Change/Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.
Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
From reservation confirmation to
30 days prior to boarding date: 10%
29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.
6 days to 2 days prior to boarding date: 50%.
The day before boarding: 80%
The day of boarding: 100%
However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
In case of flight impossibility
- In the event of inclement weather (weather conditions will be determined by our company)
- Cases in which a specific event occurs in the aircraft used
- In the event of other events that may interfere with flight operations.
- In case of flight cancellation
Schedule changes will be accepted without a change fee.
Refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee for credit card payments and the bank transfer fee.

① Materials used in the video must be the same as those shot on the day of the event. However, we may include our own video materials as a special exception.
② No more than one correction after delivery.
③Music selection is limited to the background music specified by the Company.
④On the day of shooting, one cameraman will be on board to film the video.
⑤ The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
⑥ Video quality must be FHD.
⑦The video must be delivered in mp4 file format.
⑧The material video must be non-transferable.
⑨The delivery will be sent within 14 days from the boarding date by Giga file flight URL via ARIAir official line.
⑩We will not take photos or edit photos with our equipment.

This is a famous Japanese kappo restaurant in a secluded area that can be reached from Tokyo through Odaiba, Tokyo Tower, and over the Southern Alps with views of Mt. The scenery along the way was wonderful and the food was excellent. It was a luxurious day to enjoy with both the eyes and the palate, with the best seasonal ingredients available for lunch.

I had known about this famous restaurant for some time, which has received top-level ratings on GMO OMAKASE and the food log, but I had given up on it because it was a four-hour drive from Tokyo.
