A snow and ice prevention deposit of ¥250,000 (including tax) will be added.

Snow and ice prevention is not available; therefore, if there is snowfall, the flight may not be able to operate.

Determination of weather conditions

In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Please note that flights may still operate in cloudy weather if deemed safe. Customers may reschedule their flight without penalty as long as it is done before the cancellation policy takes effect.

However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
