If adverse weather conditions are anticipated, we will notify you of the flight status by 3:00 PM the day before.
For ground transportation, we will arrange a luxury car: an Alphard for groups of 3 or more, or a Lexus LM for 2 people or fewer. While costs may change on the day, we will inform you of the price difference between the helicopter and the car within three days of the scheduled date. Prices range from 350,000 to 400,000 yen for the Alphard and 400,000 to 450,000 yen for the Lexus LM.
Please note, if the flight is cancelled due to bad weather and you choose not to visit by ground transportation, the cancellation fee for the flight will be charged according to the cancellation policy stated separately. Additionally, for dining arrangements, same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 100,000 to 150,000 yen, which includes the cost of arrangements.
