We will arrange lodging and helicopters according to your desired flight plan.
We will check available rooms for your desired dates and
inform you of the total price and subsequent reservation process via email.

*Flight price includes round-trip taxi transfer from Shuzenji heliport to the hotel + Niji no Sato admission ticket.
*If you would like to have 2 or more people, please contact us and we will provide you with detailed information such as fees.

※1歳以下は子供料金が適用されます。
●送迎タクシー
片道プラン :【出発ヘリポートから宿泊先まで】 のタクシー代が含まれます。
往復プラン : 【出発ヘリポートから宿泊先まで】と【ヘリポートまで】のタクシー代が含まれます。
●キャンセルポリシー
If you wish to make changes or cancel after your reservation is confirmed, please contact us via email.
The cancellation policy for customer convenience is as follows:
Up to 7 days before the departure date: 880 yen
From 6 days to 2 days before the departure date: 20%
The day before the departure: 80%
On the day of departure: 100%
However, this policy does not apply if the flight is not possible due to adverse weather conditions.

ただし、悪天候等によりフライトが不可能場合はこの限りでは御座いません。
銀行振込でご入金いただいた場合は返金時の振込手数料を差引いた全額、
クレジットカード決済の場合は、決済手数料を差し引いた金額ならびに返金時の振込手数料を差し引いた全額をご返金致します。
●天候不良時における対応
天候不良時は、下記いずれかの対応をご選択可能です。
①日程変更を行う場合（空き状況をお調べいたします）
②返金対応を行う場合（キャンセルポリシーの内容に基づいて対応致します）
●ヘリ運航判断のタイミング
ご宿泊前日の17時頃：当社より連絡ない場合は、運航となります
