Notice Regarding ARIAir Co., Ltd.'s Third-Party Allotment of Shares.

We are pleased to announce that we have raised 26 million yen through a third-party allotment of new shares.
On 4/26/2023, the Company increased its capital from 10 million yen to 36 million yen (including capital reserve) through a third-party allocation of new shares.

The background of this initiative is that in order to implement high value-added tourism throughout Japan that will satisfy wealthy tourists visiting Japan after the new coronavirus infection is under control, it was necessary to obtain a Travel Agency Type 2 license in order to quickly and carefully respond to various VIP customers' requests, including accommodation, car transportation, bullet train, and airline tickets, as well as helicopter arrangements. In order to respond quickly and courteously to the various requests of VIP clients, not only for helicopter arrangements but also for lodging, car transportation, bullet train and airline tickets, it was necessary for us to obtain a second-class travel agency license.

In about 7 months since our full-scale entry into the helicopter arrangement business in November 2022, more than 30 heliports (off-site takeoff and landing sites) managed by us as a designated manager have been realized throughout Japan.
