In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Please note that flights may still operate in cloudy weather if deemed safe. I applied for a helicopter charter from the ARIAir website for an early time on the first day and a late time on the next day for a round trip to Hakone sightseeing and hot springs with my family. We also selected the option of free transportation from Tokyo. We specified the hotel where we were staying and they picked us up.
