Tokyo and the views of the mountains and lakes were amazing. Hakone has many hot springs and sightseeing spots, and the accommodations are also good, so I had some great memories with my family! We recommend helicopters as they are faster and more comfortable than cars, and offer a luxurious experience of viewing Mt. Fuji and Tokyo Tower from the sky.

I came across this page while researching how to get to Hakone-Yumoto and used it for a day trip and back. It takes a few hours from Tokyo to Hakone-Yumoto by car or train, so the helicopter ride was very comfortable! From the helicopter, I was able to take many photos and videos of the mountains of Hakone, Lake Ashinoko, and the wonderful Mt fuji.
