For those arriving by public transport

[Aso Sanjo Terminal Line] From Kumamoto Station, Sakuramachi Bus Terminal, or various locations in the city, via Aso Kumamoto Airport, get off at the bus stop at Aso Farmland (day trip area). Approximately 100 minutes from Kumamoto, and approximately 40 minutes from Aso Kumamoto Airport. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. You can board if there are seats available. There is one round trip per day, and the service is suspended during the winter. Check the website below for schedules, fares, and operating status.
