Weather conditions are assessed every morning between 8am and 9am, and flights may be cancelled in the event of poor weather.
Those who have made a reservation in advance will be notified by email.
If poor weather is expected in advance, we will contact you the day before.
If the service is cancelled due to poor weather, you may reschedule or cancel at no additional cost.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
Children Aged 2 and Under
Children aged 2 and under (1 year to 2 years 11 months) can fly free of charge. Up to 2 children may sit on a parent’s lap during the flight.

In the event that the operating company determines the flight cannot proceed due to severe weather or other conditions, the flight will be canceled. In such cases, a full refund will be issued (excluding bank transfer fees). Please note that flights may still operate in cloudy weather if deemed safe. Customers may reschedule their flight without penalty as long as it is done before the cancellation policy takes effect.
