If the flight operator determines that the flight is not possible due to inclement weather, the flight will be cancelled. In such cases, all fees will be refunded (excluding bank transfer fees). Even if the weather is cloudy, the flight will be performed if it is possible to fly. You may change your own itinerary up to the date before the cancellation policy is applied.

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, please contact us by e-mail.
Cancellation policy for customer's convenience is as follows:
From reservation confirmation to
30 days prior to boarding date: 10%
29 days to 7 days prior to boarding date: 20%.
6 days to 2 days prior to boarding date: 50%.
The day before boarding: 80%
The day of boarding: 100%
However, this does not apply when flights are not possible due to inclement weather or other reasons.
In case of flight impossibility
- In the event of inclement weather (weather conditions will be determined by our company)
- Cases in which a specific event occurs in the aircraft used
- In the event of other events that may interfere with flight operations.
- In case of flight cancellation
Schedule changes will be accepted without a change fee.
Refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee for credit card payments and the bank transfer fee.
For bank transfers, refunds will be made in the full amount of the refund minus the transfer fee,
In the case of credit card payment, the full amount of the refund minus the transaction fee（5％） and the transfer fee at the time of refund will be refunded.

【Cancellation Policy for Pick-up and Drop-off Cars】
The following cancellation policy shall apply from one week prior to the reserved date of use.
7 to 4 days prior to the reserved date: 70%.
3 days or 2 days prior to the reserved date: 80％
1 day prior to the reservation date or on the day of the reservation or if no notice is given: 100%.
Refunds due to flight cancellations will be considered as cancellations for personal reasons, even if the helicopter tour cannot be operated. Please keep this in mind.
【Cancellation Policy for Video and Bouquet Plans】
Cancellation due to helicopter not being available: full refund.
In case of customer's convenience,
After payment is completed and before the boarding date.
14~7 days prior to the departure date: 50%
6~3 days prior to the departure date: 60%
2~1 day prior to departure date: 80%
100% on the day of cancellation
Refunds due to flight cancellations will be considered as cancellations for personal reasons, even if the helicopter tour cannot be operated. Please keep this in mind.
The refund method shall be in accordance with the cancellation policy of the flight.Terms and Conditions of the Video Plan
① Materials used in the video must be the same as those shot on the day of the event. However, we may include our own video materials as a special exception.
② No more than one correction after delivery.
③Music selection is limited to the background music specified by the Company.
④On the day of shooting, one cameraman will be on board to film the video.
⑤ The length of the video should be 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
⑥ Video quality must be FHD.
⑦The video must be delivered in mp4 file format.
⑧The material video must be non-transferable.
⑨The delivery will be sent within 14 days from the boarding date by Giga file flight URL via ARIAir official line.
⑩We will not take photos or edit photos with our equipment.
(If you have your own equipment, smartphone, etc., a photographer can take pictures on your behalf free of charge.)
